A NASA visit can be a dream come true for students who are fascinated with space and aim to become scientists, astronauts or aeronautical engineers. The ten-day trip is packed with sight-seeing in Washington, New York, Orlando, two to three days at the KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, Disney’s Magic Kingdom and Orlando’s Universal theme park.

Students can begin by reading and researching about the place they are visiting, and the cultural do’s and don’ts of the place. Listing out the educational objectives of the tour, planning group activities, and providing pre and post-visit exercises can help students to be more prepared and make the most out of the educational tour.

International educational tours can vary between 3 to 10 days. So, it is essential to carry passport and travel documents, an array of winter clothes/thermal wear or summer clothes (as per the weather in the country being travelled to), walking shoes, hats or caps, toiletries, essential medicines and other items as listed by the school authorities.
